What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Where exactly are you located?
9932 Mercy Rd, Unit 109, San Diego, CA 92129 — in the Canyon Hills Shopping Center on Mercy Road, on the Mira Mesa / Rancho Peñasquitos line. If you knew the old Pernicano's Ristorante, we are in that space.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free lot parking in the shopping center, right out front.
Do you have outdoor seating?
Yes — we have covered patio seating in addition to the dining room and bar.
Is there a dress code?
No. Come as you are.
Is the restaurant accessible?
Yes. The entrance and dining room are ground level and step-free. If you have a specific access need, call (858) 397-2199 ahead and we will set the room up for you.
Reservations
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are recommended, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings. Walk-ins are welcome whenever we have a table open.
How do I book a table?
Book online through OpenTable, or call (858) 397-2199. See our reservations page for details.
Can I book for a large group?
Parties of eight or more are arranged directly with our team rather than through OpenTable. Start on our private events page.
What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
Manage it from your OpenTable confirmation email, or call us and we will take care of it.
Food & Drink
What kind of food do you serve?
Modern Sicilian and Italian. Handmade pasta, Roman-style pinsa, antipasti like arancine and caponata, seafood such as cioppino and linguine vongole, and secondi including grigliata siciliana and 12-hour braised short ribs.
Do you make your pasta in house?
Yes. Pasta, sauces, breads and desserts are made in house.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Plenty. Crispy burrata, carciofi alla romana, involtini di melanzane, fiori di zucca, caprese, cacio e pepe, pistacchiosa, asiago gnocchi, gnocchi sorrentina, spicy vodka rigatoni, norma, margherita and parmigiana pinsa are all vegetarian.
Do you have gluten-free options?
Several dishes are marked gluten-free on the menu, including carciofi alla romana, beef meatballs, involtini di melanzane, caprese, pera e gorgonzola, insalata Amuri and grilled salmone. Tell your server about any allergy and we will walk you through it.
Do you have a kids menu?
Yes — fettuccine alfredo, rigatoni pomodoro, cotoletta and a kids pinsa, cheese or pepperoni.
Do you serve alcohol?
Yes. Full bar, Italian cocktails, beer, and a wine list built around Sicily and the rest of Italy. See the drinks menu.
Do you do happy hour?

Events, Catering & Ordering
Do you cater?
Yes — everything from intimate gatherings to large celebrations, delivered to homes, offices and venues. Call (858) 397-2199 or start on our private events page.
Can I book the restaurant for a private party?
Yes. Birthdays, rehearsal dinners, corporate dinners and holiday parties, with fixed menus and reserved seating. Full and partial buyouts are possible depending on the date.
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes. Let us know ahead of time so we can plate and time it with the rest of the meal.
Do you offer takeout?
Yes. Call (858) 397-2199 to place a pickup order.
Do you sell gift cards?
Not at this time.
