Cookie Policy
Effective Date: August 22, 2026 | Last Updated: August 22, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Amuri Italian Cuisine ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on amurisd.com (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include web beacons, pixels, tags, and local storage, which we refer to collectively as "cookies" in this Policy. First-party cookies are set by us. Third-party cookies are set by our partners. Cookies may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (which remain until they expire or are deleted).
How We Use Cookies
| Category | Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly Necessary | Enable core functionality such as security, network management, navigation, and form submission. Cannot be switched off. | WordPress session and login cookies, security/CSRF tokens, spam-prevention tokens set by the anti-spam service that protects our contact form |
| Performance / Analytics | Collect aggregated information about how visitors use the Site so we can measure and improve performance. | None currently in use — see "Current Status" below |
| Functional | Remember choices you make to provide enhanced, personalized features. | Language, region, saved preferences, accessibility display settings (such as font size or contrast) you select on the Site |
| Advertising / Targeting | Build a profile of your interests and show you relevant ads on and off the Site; measure ad performance. | None currently in use — see "Current Status" below |
Current Status
As of the Last Updated date above, we do not run third-party analytics or advertising cookies on the Site. If we add analytics, advertising, or social-media pixels in the future, we will update this Policy and the table above before or at the time those technologies are enabled.
Third-Party Reservation & Social Content
If our Site embeds or links to a reservation, waitlist, or online-ordering widget (such as OpenTable), or embeds social-media content, that provider may set its own cookies once the widget loads, governed by their own cookie and privacy policies. We link to those policies where the widget appears. Booking through a reservation platform means you are also providing information directly to that platform under its own terms.
Your Choices & How to Manage Cookies
- Cookie banner / preferences. Where available, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies through our cookie banner or preference center.
- Browser controls. Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site functions.
- Opt-out signals. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law.
- Analytics opt-out. If we enable Google Analytics, you can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Advertising opt-out. You can manage interest-based advertising through the DAA and NAI opt-out tools.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. Because there is no consistent industry standard for DNT, the Site may not respond to DNT signals; however, we honor the Global Privacy Control as described above.
Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, or our practices. We will revise the "Last Updated" date when we do.
